Results are in for Abaseen students!

Secondary school pupils attending Abaseen schools in Pakistan recently received their Grade 10 exam results. These exams are akin to GCSEs in England and Wales, and are an important step on the path to higher education.

Abaseen is proud to report that 99% of the students – mostly girls – successfully achieved their Grade 10 exams. 86% of the students – again mostly girls – achieved A or A+. Mian Gul School for Girls, administered by Abaseen, has been ranked top school in its district on the back of these results.

Here at Abaseen, we understand how hard the students have worked for these fantastic results, often in conditions of hardship and without adequate resources. We know you’ll want to join us in applauding the students, as well as their unflappable teachers and school staff.

These students would not have had the opportunity to kickstart their education without the support of Abaseen’s many donors and supporters. If that’s you — thank you sincerely, from everyone at Abaseen. With your generosity, these young people now have the prospect of a good life ahead of them.

However, the work doesn’t stop there. We need your help to continue providing education to impoverished communities in Pakistan. Please consider supporting Abaseen, and together we can improve the prospects of many more Pakistani young people.
